Dispatch Coordinator

We are hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to oversee delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining smooth communication between warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and assign delivery routes for drivers.
  • Track delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order dispatch.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics or dispatch coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
